People Assisting The Homeless (PATH)

Description

PATH is a family of agencies working together to end homelessness for individuals, families, and communities. We strive to do this through creative approaches, collaborative efforts, embracing change, and promoting self-sufficiency.

PATH provides housing and services in communities throughout Southern California, connecting clients to a comprehensive continuum of homelessness prevention, street outreach, employment preparation and placement assistance, individualized case management, supportive services and, ultimately, housing.
