Founded in 1981, Visalia Rescue Mission is a faith-based, non-profit organization serving Tulare and Kings County homeless, formerly incarcerated, and those struggling with addiction.
Their mission is to provide hope & restoration through Jesus Christ; whether by a meal, a bed, clothing or our recovery programs.
